We are currently seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Client Service Representatives to join our dedicated team. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to support pet owners during critical moments while helping facilitate exceptional medical care for their pets.
Position Overview
Client Service Representatives play a vital role in transforming the client experience by providing compassionate, professional, and efficient support. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, empathy, and exceptional service in a fast-paced emergency and specialty hospital environment.
Qualifications
- Proven customer service or client support experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and professional in emotionally charged situations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts as scheduled
Schedule Options
- Thursday–Saturday, 4:00pm–2:00am
Compensation & Benefits
- $15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience
- Shift differential for third shift and weekend hours
