Greet customers promptly and professionally
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians
Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and updates clearly
Provide estimates and explain services in a customer-friendly manner
Monitor repair progress and ensure timely follow-up
Deliver outstanding customer service from check-in to vehicle delivery
Maintain accurate documentation and repair orders
Work closely with technicians, parts personnel, and management to keep operations efficient
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Automotive service advising experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check
