Lead HVAC Technician/Field Supervisor
Location: Tampa, FL | Full-Time
This position is onsite at a jobsite in Tampa, FL. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Tampa jobsite each workday. We welcome qualified candidates from Tampa, Clearwater, Brandon, St. Petersburg, and surrounding communities within a reasonable driving distance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead field technicians and do service calls
- Set and connect ductwork, piping and ventilation systems
- Install thermostats and building automation controls
- Inspect electrical components and wiring
- Check refrigerant levels and pressures
Requirements:
- 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience required
- EPA 608 Universal Refrigeration Cert is required
- OSHA 10 and 30 a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in mechanical rooms and rooftops
- Perform all tasks in a timely manner under minimal supervision
- Complete all assignments requiring physical activity for a full shift
- Work all hours assigned.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Must pass drug screen and all required background checks.
