Who We're Looking For
We're looking for one outgoing, dependable, and motivated Full-Time Shipping & Customer Service Associate to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and like learning new skills, we'd love to meet you.
We're looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and enjoys helping people. This position offers the opportunity to build new skills, take on additional responsibilities, and grow with our business over time. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to provide a great experience for every customer.
In this role, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service to every customer.
- Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, postal, and business service needs.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately handle cash and card transactions.
- Complete opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
- Lift, move, and handle packages weighing up to 60 pounds.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a maximum of 40 hours per week.
The schedule will include:
- Working every other weekend (2 weekends per month).
- Weekday day/closing shifts, with closing responsibilities ending at 6:45 p.m. (starting between 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and closing at 6:45 p.m.)
Weekend hours:
- Saturday: 8:45 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.
- Sunday: 9:45 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.
Store hours:
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $16.00 per hour
- Paid training provided.
- Opportunities for pay increases as you gain experience and take on additional responsibilities.
Training & Growth
No experience? That's okay! We provide paid, hands-on training to help you succeed. Your training will include online learning, shadowing experienced team members, and on-the-job coaching. Because we offer a wide variety of services, you'll continue learning as you gain experience.
We encourage employees to become a Notary Public and receive training to perform fingerprinting services. Once you are trained and able to provide these additional services, you will have the opportunity to advance toward the higher end of our pay range.
Qualifications
- 21+ years old.
- Friendly, positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to lift and carry packages weighing 60 pounds or more.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
