Row House is a boutique fitness studio specializing in high-energy, full-body rowing workouts that combine cardio, strength training, and community. Our classes are designed for every fitness level, from complete beginners to competitive athletes.

What You'll Do
As a Row House Coach, you'll lead dynamic group fitness classes that combine rowing, strength training, and motivating music into an unforgettable member experience.
You'll:
- Lead inspiring classes for up to 25 members
- Deliver professionally designed Row House workouts with confidence, energy, and enthusiasm
- Coach proper rowing technique and movement safely for all fitness levels
- Create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere where every member feels seen and supported
- Use music and rhythm to drive energy and keep the room moving together
- Build genuine relationships with members to encourage consistency and long-term success
- Celebrate milestones, motivate members, and create an incredible studio culture
- Assist with member onboarding, studio tours, and community events
- Collaborate with fellow coaches and front desk staff to deliver an exceptional member experience
- Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and ongoing coach development
- Represent the Row House brand with professionalism both inside and outside the studio

Qualifications
Required:
- Nationally recognized Group Fitness or Personal Training Certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM, AFAA, ISSA, NSCA, etc.) or
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
Preferred:
- Experience leading group fitness classes
- Experience coaching strength or functional training
- Strong musicality and ability to coach to the beat
- CPR/AED Certification
- Indoor rowing experience is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training.

This is a part-time, in-studio position.
Candidates should have availability for some combination of:
