The Innovation PMO Leader will develop successful and on-time delivery of Innovation which is critical to delivering Sazerac's growth plans. This role will be responsible for project-related services to support the organization including, but not limited to, portfolio management, governance, operational project support, risk management, and human resources utilization. You will develop and equip the organization with methodologies, standards and tools to enable project managers to better deliver projects and increase the capability of the organization through training, good practices and a central point of contact for project managers. You will be working across all functions (influencing, training, upskilling, busting barriers, etc.) and communicating with key stakeholders/leadership on overall health of projects, programs, and portfolio.

Create, implement, and evaluate cost saving projects that will drive costs out of the business without resulting in a reduction in quality.

Bachelor's degree

10 years relevant experience (minimum) with at least 8 years of implementation or project management experience.

Highly organized and adaptable professional with a proactive mindset, experienced in project management and business process frameworks, and skilled at managing multiple priorities simultaneously

Experience with data visualization software (tableau, microstrategies, power bi) and advanced analytical tools like alteryx

The annual salary range for this role is $160,000- $240,000. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
