You’ll bring our restaurant’s menu to life through excellent menu knowledge and great
storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Greet and wait on diners with graciousness throughout service
- Be an expert on menu items and answer customer questions, upselling when
appropriate
- Create personalized and memorable guest experiences
- Help each shift run as efficiently as possible
- Deliver checks at the end of each meal and collect payment
Requirements
- Hospitality-focused mindset
- Enjoys customer interaction and can engage with a friendly demeanor
- Passion for food and wine
- Eager to grow
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of service etiquette
- 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality preferred
