Pool Cleaning Technician

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Pool Cleaning Technician to join our growing company. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in delivering excellent customer service, and have a strong work ethic, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain residential and commercial swimming pools
- Test and balance pool water chemistry
- Inspect pool equipment and identify maintenance or repair needs
- Empty skimmer baskets, brush pool surfaces, vacuum pools, and clean filters
- Maintain accurate service records using a mobile app or service log
- Communicate professionally with customers and answer basic questions
- Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized
Qualifications
- Previous pool service experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional Saturdays as needed
