What You’ll Do
As a CSR, you’re the friendly face of our car wash! Each day, you will:
Smile and greet customers, guide their vehicles into the wash tunnel, and ensure a safe, clean site
Inform customers about our wash options, services, and unlimited wash memberships / current promotion in a friendly, non-pushy way
Earn commission on every membership/promotion sale
Follow safety rules to keep yourself and others safe
We’re in the business of clean—so it’s important our locations reflect that. You’ll work with your team to keep the site clean, organized, and looking its best.
Scheduling
Full-Time positions are 32-40 hours/week
Part-Time positions are 15-30 hours/week
Weekend availability is required
What We’re Looking For
Someone who’s upbeat, friendly, and has a passion for service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or both
Comfort working outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions with the support of company-provided weather gear
Physical stamina to stand, bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs. during your shift
Bonus points if you have retail or sales experience (but it’s not required!)
