We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure a safe environment for customers.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet events to provide seamless service.
- Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to enhance the guest experience.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a nightclub or similar setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with guests in a friendly manner.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for mixology and willingness to learn new techniques is highly valued.
