Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Residential Service Plumber to join our growing team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing and drain systems while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling a wide range of plumbing issues in occupied homes.
As a Residential Service Plumber, you will interact directly with homeowners, clearly explain findings and solutions, and perform high-quality work that meets company standards and local plumbing codes. This position requires strong technical ability, problem-solving skills, and a professional, customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing and drain system issues efficiently and accurately
- Perform repairs, replacements, and installations of plumbing fixtures, piping, and components
- Conduct drain cleaning services including snaking, hydro jetting, and basic descaling
- Perform sewer camera inspections and clearly communicate findings to homeowners
- Provide customers with clear explanations of issues, recommended solutions, and pricing options
- Prepare and present estimates and obtain customer approval before beginning work
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local plumbing codes and company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
- Document job details, notes, and photos using company software or mobile apps
- Identify additional issues or opportunities to improve system performance and safety
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional and respectful attitude in occupied homes
- Collaborate with dispatch and management to ensure efficient scheduling and job completion
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
Pay:
Hourly + Bonus
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
