What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional chairside assisting, supporting providers in a seamless and efficient clinical flow
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients, helping them feel comfortable, informed, and cared for
- Take high-quality digital X-rays and continuously improve clinical skills
- Provide excellent chairside support, including suctioning and patient management
- Handle all equipment with care, accountability, and ownership
- Support daily opening and closing procedures to ensure the practice runs smoothly
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols, including:
- Sterilizer operation and monitoring
- Routine spore testing
- Keeping ultrasonic and sterilization areas clean, organized, and efficient
