Doorperson

Luxury Condominium | Full-Time

We are seeking a polished, professional, and customer-focused Doorperson to join the team at a luxury residential condominium. The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional resident service while maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet residents, guests, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
Monitor building access and help maintain the integrity of the property.
Assist residents with packages, deliveries, luggage, and general requests.
Coordinate visitor access and communicate with residents regarding guest arrivals.
Maintain awareness of building activity and promptly report any safety or security concerns.
Provide information and assistance to residents and guests while delivering a high level of hospitality.
Work collaboratively with management, maintenance, and other building staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby and entrance area.
Respond appropriately to emergencies in accordance with building policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a doorperson, front desk associate, hospitality professional, or security officer preferred.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and courteous.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable using basic computer systems and communication devices.
Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting when needed.
