Salary: $150,000 annualized
The Market President is the senior leader accountable for driving market growth, de novo expansion, and overall performance within the New Hampshire market. This role leads branch performance, and the development of a strong local presence through community engagement and partnerships, and supports loan and deposit production.
Reporting to the SVP of Retail, the Market President serves as the primary growth leader for the region. Responsible for translating enterprise strategy into local execution while building a high-performing team and fostering a culture aligned with the credit union’s values and service standards.

Education: Bachelor Degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Significant leadership experience in financial services, banking or related industry. Proven track record of driving market growth and leading multi-site operations.
Advanced financial acumen, including the ability to interpret market data, performance metrics, and financial results to inform decisions
Exceptional leadership skills with experience building, coaching, and developing high-performing, multi-site teams
Strong relationship-building and influence skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business leaders, community stakeholders, and partners
High level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to foster engagement, accountability, and a positive, performance-driven culture
Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 5 lbs. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for extended periods of time. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must by capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
