About the Role
is seeking an experienced **Hose Welder & Fabrication Technician** to join our Operations team in Pasadena, TX. This position is responsible for welding and fabricating stainless steel hose assemblies while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have TIG welding experience, the ability to read fabrication drawings, and a strong commitment to craftsmanship.

### Responsibilities
* Perform TIG (GTAW) welding and fabrication of metal hose assemblies.
* Set up, fit, and weld components according to specifications and drawings.
* Perform code-compliant welds using GTAW, GMAW, SMAW, and FCAW processes.
* Read and interpret weld symbols, blueprints, and fabrication drawings.
* Prepare materials and perform joint preparation per welding standards.
* Operate fabrication equipment, hand tools, grinders, drills, and air tools.
* Use forklifts, overhead cranes, and band saws as needed.
* Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
* Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
### Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Minimum of 1 year of welding or fabrication experience preferred.
* Experience with TIG welding on stainless steel required.
* Knowledge of ASME, AWS, or API welding standards preferred.
* Ability to read and understand welding symbols and fabrication drawings.
* Experience with weld inspections and fabrication equipment is a plus.
* Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
### Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the workday.
* Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs. with assistance when required.
* Comfortable working in a warehouse and fabrication shop environment.
* Ability to work around machinery, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures.
