Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest organic crops.
- Monitor crop health and address issues like pests and diseases.
- Maintain garden equipment and infrastructure.
- Implement irrigation, fertilization, and pest control measures.
- Plan and execute the harvesting schedule.
- Train and supervise seasonal workers during harvest.
- Maintain accurate records of gardening activities and crop yields.
- Promote and implement sustainable gardening practices.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in agriculture or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in gardening, berry cultivation is a plus.
- Knowledge of crop management and sustainable gardening practices.
- Ability to operate and maintain gardening machinery.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
