Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and providing exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience. You will be responsible for selling products, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized. You will also take screen-printing and embroidery orders, write up artwork and invoice customers. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Sell merchandise effectively by understanding customer preferences and making recommendations.
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly to customers.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions.
- Perform retail math calculations to manage inventory levels and sales reports.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about items.
- Supervise junior staff members when necessary, ensuring they adhere to company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome enthusiastic candidates willing to learn.
- Strong communication skills are essential; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus for managing inventory effectively.
- Experience with POS systems is beneficial for efficient transaction processing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also taking initiative when needed.
