Perform a variety of manual labor tasks in landscape maintenance, irrigation, and landscape construction projects

Prepare surfaces for planting, including manual and machinery work

Maintain a clean and safe job site by picking up tools and equipment and securing the area each day

Handle and store materials appropriately

Load and unload trucks, and transport materials as needed

Follow all safety procedures and report any incidents or hazards

Operate power mowers, gas-powered edgers/trimmers, and blowers to cut turf, trim, and edge landscapes

Prune shrubs and low trees to improve shape, growth, or remove damaged branches

Plant and maintain flower beds, trees, and ornamental plants

Use edgers and line trimmers safely along sidewalks, flower beds, trees, buildings, fences, and other hardscapes

Pick up trash and clear organic debris before mowing; mulch leaves and organic matter during mowing

Perform weeding by hand or with appropriate tools

Maintain a polite, friendly, and responsive demeanor with guests and customers

Communicate any issues to the foreman, safety director, or HR manager

Perform other duties as assigned

Work on Saturdays as needed for rain makeup days

Must be 18 years of age or older

At least 6 months of relevant experience in landscaping or a similar field

Valid driver's license required

Able to lift at least 50 pounds

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
