Job Title: Frame Stylist
The Frame Stylist is responsible for creating an exceptional patient experience by helping patients select eyewear that fits their prescription, lifestyle, and personal style. This role combines fashion, customer service, and optical expertise to help patients look and see their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that meet their vision needs, lifestyle, and personal preferences.
- Take accurate optical measurements and perform frame fittings and adjustments.
- Educate patients on lens options, coatings, materials, and proper eyewear care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing optical gallery.
- Process frame and lens orders, assist with insurance benefits, and collect payments.
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Support daily office operations and contribute to practice success.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in optical sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion, style, and helping others.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable using technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- ABO certification is a plus but not required.
