Overview
We are seeking a skilled, safety-focused Knuckle Boom Crane Operator/CDL Class A Driver to join our team in Phoenix, Az. This position is ideal for candidates with experience operating articulating boom cranes (knuckle boom cranes) and delivering heavy precast concrete products to construction sites. The role involves operating boom trucks, setting precast concrete structures, coordinating with field crews, and safely navigating active underground utility construction environments. If you have crane experience but need additional training in our specific operations, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles and boom truck equipment.
- Operate articulating/knuckle boom cranes to unload and set precast concrete products.
- Deliver precast concrete products to underground construction job sites.
- Perform daily pre-trip and equipment inspections.
- Secure loads and ensure DOT compliance
- Communicate with project managers, dispatch, and field crews regarding deliveries and site conditions.
- Follow all OSHA, DOT and company safety procedures.
- Maintain clean and properly functioning trucks and equipment.
- Work safeky around excavation crews, utilities, and active construction zones
Pay: $35.00 - $44.00 per hour
