Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve the quality of life for clients. You will work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for those you serve.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to determine appropriate interventions based on client needs.
- Implement evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis to promote positive behavioral changes.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including special education professionals, to support clients' overall development.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of patient assessment techniques and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation methods and the ability to interpret results effectively.
- Experience in medical documentation practices, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Familiarity with special education frameworks and the ability to collaborate effectively within educational settings.
- Expertise in applied behavior analysis principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to work empathetically and patiently with clients facing behavioral challenges.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
