We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Warehouse Associate to join our team.
Job Summary:
As a Pharmaceutical Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our pharmaceutical warehouse operations. You will be responsible for the proper handling, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Accurately receive, store, and distribute pharmaceutical products while maintaining proper inventory control.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all products are stored and handled in compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies.
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment.
Shipping and Receiving: Load and unload delivery trucks, inspect incoming shipments, and process necessary paperwork.
Operational Support: Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and transactions using warehouse management systems.
Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse team to achieve daily operational goals and assist in special projects as needed.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical warehouse operations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and good warehousing practices.
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and related software.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
