Elevate Outdoor is a leading landscape construction and maintenance company providing high-end service to residential and commercial customers in Metro-St. Louis as well as commercial sites throughout the US. We are locally owned and operated with a strong culture and work ethic.
We are currently seeking a Missouri licensed applicator for our Plant Health Care program. Applicants must have at least 1 year of turf and tree & shrub application experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current Missouri Commercial Applicator License - Category 3
- Valid Class E driver license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to evaluate, monitor, and treat for insects and plant disease
- Ability to operate, calibrate, and maintain PHC equipment
- Ability to operate commercial trucks with trailers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Work well under pressure; ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment
- Excellent tree and shrub identification and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to repeatedly lift 75 pounds
- Ability to work in extreme weather temperatures
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
Essential Job Duties:
- Safely and effectively apply products according to appropriate schedule
- Safely operate company vehicles and equipment
- Effectively interact with customers and coworkers to ensure exceptional service
- Complete lawn and plant analysis and make recommendations
- Aeration and overseed of turf

- $20-25/hour
