Position Overview
The PM plays a critical leadership role at Mullen Plumbing. This position oversees daily operations, supports the team, protects profitability, and ensures the company runs efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with our mission and values.
You’ll act as the operational backbone of the company — managing technicians, coordinating jobs, improving systems, and solving problems before they become issues.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage all active jobs from initiation through completion Supervise and support Service Technicians
- Oversee and guide Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) Direct day-to-day operational activities
- Present and sell plumbing solutions to clients Diagnose water, sewer, and gas systems
- Provide financing options and complete related loan documentation
- Coordinate with Dispatch to schedule team members for projects
- Develop project layouts and communicate scope details to team members
- Coordinate plan check approvals and work with Ashley or Trevor on permit processing
- Monitor job costs and sold hours to ensure profitability standards are met
- Promote and support company Membership programs
Secondary Responsibilities
- Conduct technician training and coaching
- Lead team meetings when the owner is unavailable
- Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and systems
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally
- Inventory and parts management
- Special order parts and deliveries
- Vehicle and equipment maintenance oversight
- Manage fuel cards and purchase cards
Technical & Field Leadership Expectations
This is not a desk-only role. The PM must be comfortable:
- Presenting and selling plumbing solutions to customers
- Diagnosing water, sewer, and gas systems
- Offering financing options and completing loan paperwork
- Supporting technicians in the field when needed
- Making real-time operational decisions

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
