- Must have commercial property management experience not just residential
- Supervising Maintenance staff
- Reporting work that maintenance has completed or in process
- Collecting rent and other property fees from tenants
- Reporting the property’s financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to property owners
- Meeting potential tenants, showing them the property and assessing their applications
- Inspecting properties and arranging for repairs with vendors
- Negotiating contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security and others
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
