Functions & Duties

Manages restaurant environment

Ensures prompt, friendly service per our guidelines

Directs activities and performance of family members on shift by shift basis

Breeds a culture of teamwork with emphasis on service, quality & cleanliness

Ensures product preparation & presentation adheres to specifications and quality standards

Handles all guest complaints and informs Manager of same
-
Controls shift to achieve maximum productivity

Completes daily paperwork as required to standard

Ensures all safety rules are followed

Keeps all restaurant equipment working to specification

Manages Associates Performance
-
Makes job assignments to other associates and follows up on completion

Effectively trains associates
-
Demonstrates proper execution of training programs

Maintains controls
-
Controls daily food & labor costs by avoiding waste & overutitilization of labor

Controls cash handling procedures
Development Inspires cooperation and teamwork among associates Focus on our friends (guest) satisfaction (Wowing!)

Learns, communicates and takes responsibility for all training functions

Responsible for learning to assess associate performance

Identifies poor and high quality performers to Manager

Develops goals & plans for personal growth

Presents a professional image
Who we look for: Individuals with a Passion for People, Food and Service Previous management or leadership experience required, Restaurant experience preferred

Excellent guest service skills, ability to communicate efficiently to help keep all team members informed

Rock solid dependability with a strong work ethic

Must have consistent ability to meet the needs of the restaurant and support hours of operation

Full weekend availability is a must
