Member Duties : Deliver 1.5-hour structured literacy training (one-hour in-person + 30-minute online module) to Reading Partners in assigned rural communities. Recruit and engage Reading Partners from schools, libraries, senior centers, youth organizations, and afterschool programs. Conduct outreach presentations to local partners and community stakeholders. Provide follow-up coaching and maintain communication with trained Reading Partners. Track participation, outcomes, and engagement metrics in a centralized database. Collaborate with FHSU staff and program leadership during monthly virtual meetings. Support community literacy efforts through education-focused service projects and events.
