What You’ll Do
Engage Customers
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner both in-person and through digital channels.
Understand Customer Needs
Listen carefully to each customer’s preferences, budget, lifestyle, and goals so you can recommend the right vehicle options.
Present Vehicles
Explain features and benefits, conduct test drives, and create a buying experience that feels clear, helpful, and low-pressure.
Negotiate and Close Deals
Work with customers to reach agreements that support both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
Coordinate the Purchase Process
Partner with finance, service, and management teams to help customers move smoothly through the buying process.
Follow Up and Build Relationships
Stay connected after the sale to ensure satisfaction, encourage referrals, and create repeat business.
Develop Toward Leadership
Learn the habits, decision-making, accountability, and business understanding needed to prepare for future advancement opportunities.
