Summary:
The Donor Mobile Coordinator is responsible for providing guidance and direction to blood collection team leaders/members on mobiles, providing a safe experience for donors and staff. Perform mobile training and evaluation for team members. Coordinate schedules and monitor attendance. Be familiar with all aspects of the blood collection process. Responsible for coordination of mobile operations, supplies, repair and maintenance. Ability to understand and promote all aspects of Marsh donor programs. Ensure all quality and safety standards are upheld by following all Marsh policies and procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Perform QC on mobile equipment. Demonstrate and promote a high level of customer service, team work, professionalism and confidentiality. Disseminate information to mobile staff and take an active role in document control. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED. CDL license required. One year experience with mobile operations and supervisory experience preferred. Displayed proficiency to plan, organize, direct and control all aspects of mobile operations in order to meet the company's objectives. Must have excellent attendance, effective problem solving skills, ability to multi-task, basic computer competency, and proven ability to lead and motivate staff.
