Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for leveling and repairing injection molding machines at various customer sites. Responsibilities
- Install and service injection molding machines at customer locations.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
- Repair or replace seals for hydraulic components and seals for high pressure tonage pistons.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed service reports, work logs, and documentation of all repairs performed.
- Collaborate with team members to share technical knowledge and improve service processes.
Skills
- Knowledge of or the willingness to learn injection molding machines.
- Hands-on experience working with injection molding machines is a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
