Lead business development efforts by identifying and securing new opportunities with key clients, contractors, engineers, and facility stakeholders.

Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships within the commercial HVAC industry.

Analyze market trends, sales performance metrics, and competitive activity to develop data-driven sales strategies and forecasts.

Partner cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and customer expectations.

Continuously improve sales processes and operational efficiencies to maximize productivity and profitability.

Maintain strong industry knowledge of HVAC systems, technologies, and regulatory standards to effectively position solutions and services.

Ensure all sales activities are conducted with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and compliance.

Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of five years of proven success in HVAC sales or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting sales data and market trends to drive business decisions.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and service solutions.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
