Job Overview
We're looking for a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our residential construction team. You'll work on the details that make a project shine — trim, cabinetry, doors, and fixtures — with real ownership over the quality of your work. We want someone who reads plans accurately, works clean, and takes pride in getting the details right.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute work accurately
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install trim, millwork, and finish materials using hand and power tools
- Install doors, cabinetry, hardware, and fixtures to a precise, finished standard
- Safely handle and move materials — trim stock, doors, frames, hardware, and supplies
- Operate woodworking machinery and fabrication equipment to produce precise components
- Maintain a clean, organized work site and follow all safety protocols
Skills
- Strong blueprint and schematic reading skills
- Proficient with hand tools and power tools for finish carpentry
- Solid experience in trim work, fixture and cabinet installation, and door hanging
- Comfortable working from detailed plans and understanding basic estimating
- Safe, competent operation of woodworking machinery
- An eye for detail and a commitment to clean, precise finish work

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Carpentry: 2 years (Required)
