Basic Description:
To deliver restroom trailers, provide portable sanitation services, and maintain restroom facilities in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining our company reputation for top-quality restrooms and customer service. This Denver-based seasonal role is intended to help alleviate summer workload in Colorado and support our team with deliveries, pickups, service routes, cleaning, maintenance, customer communication, and event support.

Overall Responsibilities:
- Deliver and pick up restroom trailers and equipment primarily in the Denver/Colorado market, with travel to other nearby markets as needed.
- Perform waste removals, cleaning, and sanitation services on site according to Royal Restrooms standards.
- Maintain paperwork necessary for day-to-day operations, including delivery manifests, photo documentation, service logs, mileage records, pump logs, and waste disposal manifests.
- Manage problems that arise on route in an efficient and professional manner and demonstrate professionalism on behalf of the company.
- Report on the condition of restroom trailers and sanitize, clean, and perform basic repairs or maintenance as needed at the operations base at the direction of the Regional Manager or General Manager.
- Support early morning delivery, service, pickup, event, and emergency response needs as assigned.
- Manage customers, subcontractors, and site contacts to help ensure successful installation and maintenance of units.
- Assist with administrative duties as needed, including monitoring office phones, fielding client inquiries, documenting job information, and dispatching or supporting emergency response when needed.
- Attend restroom trailers at events as required by customers.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Drive service trucks to specific contract rental job sites, clean and empty portable toilets, and sign off on service logs along a designated route as assigned by the Regional Manager or General Manager.
- Deliver and install restroom trailers; trailer towing and backing are required.
- Maintain delivery manifests, mileage logbooks, and pump logs in a legible manner.
- Photo document deliveries and pickups.
- Participate in after-hours or on-call coverage as needed and as scheduled.
- Pay attention and advise management if equipment is not functioning properly, broken, or damaged.
- Arrive on time each workday and maintain a consistent attendance record.
- Help keep lot area clean and tidy by helping when you see things that need to be done.
- Maintain and sanitize equipment on site and at the operations base.
- Keep assigned vehicle clean on the inside and outside.
- Perform all other duties assigned as needed.

Requirements
- Excellent driving record with a driver's license; no more than two moving violations in the last three years and no reckless or alcohol violations.
- Driving skills, including ability to navigate a vehicle on tight roads and driveways.
- Experience towing trailers and backing them into tight areas.
- Basic plumbing repair and electrical understanding.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds repeatedly during a shift and to climb in and out of trucks multiple times per day.
- Drug free and able to comply with random driver drug testing during the season.
- Conversational English skills, including reading and writing.
- Able to work flexible hours, early mornings, holidays, weekends, and occasional after-hours assignments.
- Able to participate in on-call or after-hours rotation when scheduled.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Expected Schedule:
Up to 30 hours per week. Early morning shifts are expected, generally around 3:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., 4 to 5 days per week. Exact days and hours may vary based on event, service, delivery, pickup, and customer needs. Weekend, holiday, and occasional after-hours work may be required.
Pay: From $26.00 per hour
