Maintain the cleaning of all building’s interior & exterior windows, power washing of roofs/sidewalks & facades, carpet cleaning, floor waxing and deep cleaning of hotels public areas. Will be required to be tied off from roof to wash exteriors windows using RO/DI washing system. Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Engineering.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform exterior and interior window washing throughout the resort.
- Perform carpet cleaning in both public space and guest rooms.
- Perform power washing of building façade, sidewalks and roofs.
- Perform floor waxing.
- Maintain proper records of the Rooms Preventive Maintenance Program and the Second Request Program.
- Maintain safe requirements at all times, report safety hazards.
Knowledge and Skills:
Heavy lifting required and ability to work on ladders, lifts, and roofs.
General knowledge of technical fields, i.e., power washing, using small hand tools, operating of a carbon fiber RO/DI washing system, may require ability to drive a gas powered utility vehicle, a professional presentation, an ability to work in a team atmosphere and make independent decisions & requires excellent communication skills.
Valid Driver's License.
