We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide pediatric care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pediatric occupational therapy, be able to assess the needs of each patient, and create individualized treatment plans. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
- Provide direct patient care and therapy to pediatric patients.
- Assess and evaluate the functional needs of pediatric patients.
- Instruct parents, caregivers, and family members on how to help the patient reach their goals.
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers of pediatric patients.
- Educate patients and families on how to manage daily activities safely and effectively.
