Residential Service Electrician (Primary Tech Role – High-Quality Leads)
Golden, CO | Electrical + HVAC + Plumbing Company (Privately and Locally Owned)
If you’re a solid electrician who’s tired of being just an installer or “back up sales tech” stuck on running low-value calls, this role is different.
At Singletrack Home Services, you are the primary technician on the job—trusted to diagnose, educate the customer, and guide them to the right solution. We generate strong inbound service leads, so you’re working with homeowners who already need help—not chasing work.
What This Role Actually Is
- You run your own calls as the lead technician
- You troubleshoot, diagnose, and present solutions customers actually move forward on
- You’re not just fixing problems—you’re helping customers make smart decisions about their home
What You’ll Do
- Perform residential service + troubleshooting
- Clearly explain issues and present repair and upgrade options
- Manage your truck inventory and workflow efficiently
- Deliver a professional, high-trust customer experience on every call
Ongoing Training & Development (This Matters)
Most shops throw you in a truck and leave you there. We don’t.
- Sales and communication training so you can confidently present options and increase your close rate
- Training on systems and processes that make your day more efficient—not more complicated
- Real-time coaching and feedback to help you improve performance and earnings
Bottom line: if you’re coachable, you will get better here—and you will make more money because of it.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed RW or JW electrician (required)
- Clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting ability and confidence in the field
- Ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and guide decisions
- Professional, reliable, and accountable
- Experience with training from Nexstar, SGI/Certain Path, CEO Warrior or Blue Collar a plus
- Experience using ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar CRMs a bonus.
Performance Profile (What “Good → Great” Looks Like)
- Professionalism: Shows up solid → Builds trust → Becomes the go-to advisor
- Execution: Gets jobs done → Stays organized → Runs calls like a pro
- Problem Solving: Fixes issues → Diagnoses root causes → Improves outcomes
- Customer Communication: Explains clearly → Simplifies decisions → Helps customers confidently move forward
Why This Job Is Better
- High-quality inbound leads
- Primary tech role – you own the call, not just assist
- Ongoing training that actually improves your income
- Consistent work with customers ready to solve problems
- Small, experienced team with local owner involvement (NOT PRIVATE EQUITY OWNED)
Benefits

- Retirement plan
- Paid holidays (including your birthday)
