Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Packager workers for a food manufacturing company in Crookston, MN. What You’ll Do as a Packager:-
Operate processing equipment to package pouch, bag, and bulk products efficiently

Maintain high sanitation standards in work and warehouse areas

Complete production, safety, and quality reporting paperwork accurately

Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting on packaging machinery

Operate forklifts as part of the packaging process
What You Need to Bring to the Packager Role:-
1+ years of related experience preferred (food manufacturing/GMP knowledge is a plus)

Basic math, reading, writing, and data entry skills; some computer experience preferred

Strong problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting abilities

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Good attendance, attention to detail, and communication skills

Forklift experience preferred
