We're looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join our growing law firm. The right candidate will be involved in the day-to-day processing of collection accounts, processing payments and drafting accounting reports. This position is open to candidates with legal assistant/paralegal background/training with bookkeeping experience. Responsibilities:
- Performing clerical, bookkepping and administrative duties in an office setting
- Assist in preparation of documents for attorney review
- Electronic and paper filing of court documents
- Data entry with emphasis on accuracy
