Duties
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order picking tools such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Load outbound shipments safely onto trucks .
- Conduct stock replenishment, stocking shelves efficiently, and organizing storage areas for optimal accessibility.
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, following safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members on order fulfillment tasks.
- Support warehouse operations by participating in shipping & receiving activities, load & unload procedures, and logistics coordination.
- Provide excellent customer service by accurately processing orders and responding to internal requests promptly.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately.
- Valid certification for forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items safely and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer service orientation.

Pay: $24.74 - $29.79 per hour
