About Us
Sonshine Covers manufactures premium spa covers for customers across North America. Our production team works together to build a quality product that we're proud to put our name on.
This is an active manufacturing position. You'll be on your feet throughout the day, working alongside teammates who understand that everyone contributes to the success of the operation. We provide paid, on-the-job training and cross-train employees in multiple areas so you'll continue learning and growing.
How Our Pay Works
Everyone begins at $18.00/hour while learning the job.
After training, you'll have the opportunity to transition into our performance pay system. Instead of waiting years for small raises, your earnings are based on your ability to consistently produce quality work at an efficient pace.
Many experienced employees earn $27-$32+/hour through performance pay.
We believe the people who contribute the most should have the opportunity to earn the most.

Requirements
- Ability to stand for the duration of your shift.
- Ability to lift up to 65 pounds.
- Reliable transportation.
- Basic computer skills to interact with our production system.
- Willingness to learn multiple production tasks.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work in a drug-free workplace.
The following positions are immediately available.
Spa Cover Assembly & Quality Control
Assemble finished spa covers and perform final quality inspections. Team members typically complete 35–50 covers during an 8-hour shift while maintaining our quality standards.
Heat-Sealing Machine Operator
Operate a computer-controlled heat-sealing machine used to wrap foam cores in a protective vapor barrier. This position requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to maintain production flow.
CNC Foam Cutter Operator
Operate a CNC hot-wire foam cutting machine to produce foam cores. Requires attention to detail, the ability to accurately read a tape measure, and pride in producing precise work.
