ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a farmer. I was looking for a career that offered more opportunity, balance, and long-term growth, which ultimately led me into agency ownership.
I’m a graduate of Texas A&M University and will be getting married in the next few months. Family and community are both very important to me, and I’ve worked to build that same mindset into the agency culture.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jacob Farmer - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
