Job Summary
The Branch Manager plays a pivotal leadership role within the organization and is responsible for overseeing and managing operations within a designated geographic area. This position encompasses a broad range of responsibilities focused on operational excellence, staff leadership, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. The Branch Manager works closely with the Alternate Administrator to ensure the delivery of high-quality client care and exceptional service to clients in their residences.

Leadership: The Branch Manager provides leadership and guidance to staff within their branch. They drive the strategic direction and goals for their branch, ensuring alignment with the overall region objectives. Through servant leadership, this role maintains a focus on quality, communication, and retention of clients, admin staff and caregivers.
Operational Efficiency: They are responsible for optimizing the efficiency of business operations within their branch. This includes improving processes, managing costs, and enhancing productivity. This includes supporting day-to-day operations.
Financial Management: The Branch Manager, with support from the FRHC Finance team and operations leadership, is responsible their branch budget. They must ensure that the branch operates within budgetary expectations and seek ways to improve profitability.
Performance Monitoring: They monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of the branch and provide guidance to branch staff on how to adapt to changing KPIs with a focus on continuous improvement This involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and taking corrective actions when necessary.
Customer and Caregiver Satisfaction: The Branch Manager is responsible for championing a high level of customer and caregiver satisfaction within their branch.
Business Partner: They act as a business partner between functional departments, their regional teams and community partners by facilitating communication, collaboration, and alignment between different departments.
Strategic Planning: Collaborating with key stakeholders, they may participate in the company’s rate of change committee process. They develop both area and enterprise-wide strategies that support the company's growth and objectives.
Talent Management: They are responsible for hiring, training, and developing employees within their branch. They must ensure that their branch has the right talent to meet its operational goals.
Working conditions
The Branch Manager will spend most of their time in an office environment indoors. This will require time both spent at a computer station for office work and standing. An additional percentage of their time will be in a variety of environments in the performance of their objectives.
The usual business hours for this role will be Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, however this role will require some evening and weekends to meet job requirements.
This position will require travel as appropriate to visit branch or HQ operations.
This position will have administrative supervision.
Physical requirements
Role may require frequent standing, walking, sitting, keyboarding, and driving. Occasional twisting, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, kneeling, or squatting. Seldom work above shoulders, and operation of equipment.
Position will require the employee to talk and hear.
Lifting can range from frequent 10 lbs. or less to seldom lifting of greater than 50 lbs.
Direct reports
This position will be providing general supervision to branch staff.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
