Paints Well with Colors is looking for painters and apprentices to join our team. Whether you are an experienced painter or crew leader who already knows the trade, or someone with little or no painting experience who is ready to learn, we want to hear from you.

If you are an experienced painter, paint crew leader, or skilled tradesman with a background in the painting industry, we have work for you. We value craftsmanship, experience, leadership, and the ability to get quality work done efficiently and professionally.
If you’re new to the trade…
No previous painting experience is required. We are willing to invest our time and experience in training the right people. You’ll learn the skills, techniques, and standards that have built our long-standing reputation for quality work.
For someone starting out, this is an opportunity to learn a practical, valuable trade while working alongside experienced professionals. You’ll gain hands-on experience in residential and commercial painting, develop skills you can take with you throughout your career, and take pride in seeing the satisfying results of your work every day.
