FICOA Communications Inc. is seeking Warehouse and Logistics Support Manager. FICOA is an industry leading contractor company. Warehouse Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Maintain and control inventory utilized in our field operations
- Deliver and pickup inventory to/from remote sites.
- Prepare and complete orders requested from field personnel
- Perform inventory control to company standards for audits and reconciliations
- Maintain daily requisitions for weekly compilations for real time reporting to our customers
- Possess good communication skills
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse
- Ensure work is completed is neat and professional manner
- Possess good planning, organizational and logical problem-solving skills
- Operate forklift safely to move inventory from trucks into warehouse.
Position Requirements:
- Able to perform physical labor ( lift in excess 75 pounds) in outdoor weather environments
- Able to field support crews with logistically from time to time
- Train in additional skill sets to help support field operations
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Properly use and maintain PPE
- On-call, and potential weekend work in emergency support situations
- Help coordinate fleet and equipment maintenance with vendors as required
- Able to transport utility trailers & reel carriers.
Experience and other requirements:
- General computer skills to maintain inventory software.
- Possess a valid driver license with a clean driving record
- CDL license is considered a plus, but not mandatory.
- Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Pass E-verify and job specific certifications
- Forklift certifications a plus, can be obtained upon employment
- Meet company standards for position obtained.
FICOA offers medical benefits after 90 days with overtime, sick and vacation pay. Position pay starts at $24.00/ hr., *pay rate negotiable depending on experience. Applicants will be able to enroll in company’s 401k plan after probationary period.
