M-F 8-5 (some Mon-Tues hours extend to 7pm)
Pay range: $200,000-$280,000

Whole-Family Care: Deliver comprehensive medical care and preventive health maintenance to the entire family unit.
Clinical Excellence: Perform examinations, order/interpret diagnostic tests, and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
Continuity of Care: Manage complex cases and coordinate care with outside specialists when needed.
Procedures: Perform surgical, obstetrical, gynecological, and critical care procedures based on training.
Mentorship: Educate and guide clinical staff, residents, and medical students.
Community Mindset: Deep alignment with the mission of Community Health Centers and community-fit care.
Strong Communication: Exceptional skill in building trusted relationships with diverse patients, families, and staff.
Education: MD or DO degree with successful completion of a Family Practice residency.
Credentials: Active Virginia medical license, valid DEA registration, and ECFMG certificate (if applicable).

Virginia Community Healthcare Association (VCHA), established in 1980, is a non-profit membership organization that serves as the primary care association for Virginia’s thirty-one community health centers and look-alike health centers. Membership in VCHA is open to all Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and Federally Qualified Health Center look-alikes operating delivery sites in Virginia. VCHA supports its health centers in their mission to provide access to health care regardless of geographic location or ability to pay. VCHA works with health centers, community leaders, and partners to enhance access to affordable, high-quality health care and to find solutions for expanding access to care in areas that need it most.
