NOW HIRING – Customer Service Representative
Join our growing team! We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
Process customer payments and answer account questions
Maintain accurate customer records
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong computer and organizational skill
Positive attitude and ability to multitask
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
