About ReGrow Medical
ReGrow Medical is a growing hair restoration practice specializing in FUE hair transplant procedures and patient-centered hair restoration care. We help patients take the first step toward restoring their confidence through education, support, and a professional patient experience.
We are looking for a friendly, confident, and personable Hair Concierge / Appointment Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, building trust, and helping patients feel comfortable.
You do not need medical experience to apply. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
About the Role
The Hair Concierge is often the first person a prospective patient speaks with after submitting an online inquiry. Your role is to create a great first impression, speak with patients by phone and text, explain the consultation process, and help schedule consultations with our hair restoration team.
This is a phone-heavy, front-facing role. The right person should enjoy conversations, feel comfortable speaking with new people, and be able to keep a friendly and professional conversation going.
This is not a clinical position and is not a back-office medical assistant role.
What You’ll Do
- Contact prospective patients who submitted online inquiries
- Speak with patients by phone and text throughout the day
- Help patients feel comfortable, heard, and informed
- Explain the consultation process and next steps
- Schedule complimentary consultations
- Confirm upcoming and same-day consultation appointments
- Follow up with patients who are interested but not ready to schedule yet
- Keep accurate notes, appointment statuses, and follow-up reminders in the CRM
- Learn and use our scheduling, CRM, and patient communication systems
- Work with the team to provide a professional and high-end patient experience
- Help keep the consultation schedule organized and full

The ideal candidate is friendly, confident, easy to talk to, and comfortable speaking with new people. You should be someone who enjoys conversation, can build rapport naturally, and is not shy about making phone calls or following up.

- Spanish-speaking ability preferred but not required
