Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist executes and coordinates marketing initiatives across all three brands in the practice group, working across email, web, print and collateral, paid campaign support, and cross brand projects. This role is the operational engine that turns strategy into finished, on time work, with enough experience to manage projects independently, flag problems before they become fires, and make sound day to day judgment calls without needing every decision escalated.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns in Constant Contact across all three brands, including segmentation and basic A/B testing
- Coordinate content and asset production across brands, briefing designers and writers, tracking deadlines, and keeping campaigns moving without daily oversight
- Manage website update requests and coordinate with web/dev resources for landing pages, forms, and content changes
- Support paid advertising efforts (Meta, Google) by preparing creative, copy, and campaign assets, and pulling basic performance data for reporting
- Own project tracking across simultaneous campaigns for CCS, Rejuvenate, and SkinLab, keeping timelines and stakeholders aligned
- Coordinate cross brand initiatives (care continuum routing, bundled offers, referral programs) that require alignment across practice teams
- Maintain brand consistency and adherence to each brand's distinct voice and compliance requirements (e.g., aesthetic medicine advertising standards)
- Assist with reporting: compiling campaign performance into digestible summaries for leadership
- Coordinate with the social media role and outside vendors/agencies as needed, without owning those channels directly
- Support the Marketing Director in creating promotional materials across all brands: emails, in office signage, and other collateral tied to active promotions and offers
