Now we’re looking for a Residential Installation Plumber who wants to focus on what they do best: Installing quality work that lasts.
This position is ideal for plumbers who:

Prefer installing over selling

Enjoy executing a clean plan instead of managing customers all day

Take pride in code compliance, craftsmanship, and consistency
You won’t be expected to upsell, quote jobs or run extended customer conversations. That work is handled by others — you install it right. No pressure selling and no guessing what the job is when you show up.

Licensed Experienced, Install Plumbers: $30–$45/hour + spiffs

Licensed earning potential: $70K–$90K+ annually
This is residential installation work, including:

Sewer repairs and replacements
-
Water and waste line replacements
-
Gas line installations
-
Water heaters (tank & tankless)
-
Water softeners & filtration
-
Sewer line bursting
-
Pumps & plumbing systems
-
Sewer Pipe lining is conducted by another crew but we welcome you to learn it

Code-correct replacements and upgrades
You’ll thrive here if you:

Have 2+ years of residential plumbing experience and a journeyman license or higher
