Job Overview
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : We are seeking an experienced and professional CCTV + Access Control technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of security system installations and repairs, who will provide exceptional service to our clients. As a member in this department, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of security software and security devices (wiring, intercoms, Wi-Fi, access control, whole house AV, etc) ensuring the safety and security of residential and commercial properties.
Duties
- Conduct inspections.
- Respond to emergency situations in a timely manner.
- Use specialized tools and equipment to diagnose issues
- Provide consultations on security systems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements
Experience
- Proven experience as / or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
